The Dell EMC LTO Ultrium 8 Data Cartridge 0Y577J holds up to 12TB at speeds up to 360MB/sec in native or uncompressed capacity, with up to 30TB at speeds up to 900MB/sec of compressed capacity. The Dell EMC LTO Ultrium 8 tape cartridge uses the latest recording technology Barium Ferrite, (BaFe) which improves reliability, longevity and density. The Dell LTO8 tape is designed to be used in all Dell LTO Ultrium 8 tape drives and libraries. The Dell LTO8 tape cartridge is suitable for read and write use in all brands of LTO8 or LTO Ultrium 8 tape drives and tape libraries.
